A single-origin SLN 9 coffee from Attikan Estate, India. Processed through a 40-hour controlled fermentation using lactobacillus and pichia yeast cultures, followed by pulping, washing, and slow-drying on raised beds for 15 days. Roasted medium-dark, this coffee delivers rich notes of raisin, star fruit, brown sugar, and chocolate, with a sweet, chocolatey base uplifted by subtle citrus brightness. Well-suited for espresso and milk-based drinks.

Rossette Coffee

Vansh and Aashrray founded Rossette Coffee in Delhi, combining hospitality experience with home brewing obsession. The roastery works across an unusually broad range of species: arabica, robusta, excelsa, and liberica, all scored above 80 on the SCA scale.
