About This Coffee

Atunkaa Decaf is a single origin coffee from Antioquia, Colombia, sourced from smallholder farmers at altitudes of 1,700–2,100 metres above sea level. Exported by Siruma Coffee, it is a blend of Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra varieties. The coffee is decaffeinated using the sugarcane ethyl acetate (EA) process — a sustainable, locally-sourced method that preserves most flavours and nutrients.
