This is a single-origin specialty coffee from Panama's Chiriquí region, cultivated at 1,800 meters elevation on the Bambito Estate. Now managed by Iván González and his mother Priscilla, this family farm spans five generations of coffee heritage. The beans are Yellow Catuai variety, processed using the natural method. The coffee presents bright notes of mandarin orange with honey sweetness and stone fruit undertones.
