A naturally processed coffee from the Shore Ourago farm in Kochere, Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 1960–2020 meters. The varieties are Deega and Wolisho. It offers a controlled, pleasant fruit profile with flavor notes of blueberry tart, black tea, and rose. The coffee is described as soft and elegant rather than funky, with a tea-like quality characteristic of the Kochere region, making it particularly well-suited for drip brewing.
