This coffee is produced by Bekele Yutute at the Denbi farm in the Bensa highlands of Sidama, Ethiopia, at an altitude of 2,300–2,350 meters. It is a 74158 heirloom variety processed using an anaerobic natural method. This light roast coffee offers a complex flavor profile featuring notes of boysenberry, honeydew melon, and white strawberry. It is characterized by its high sweetness and floral qualities.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots.
