This coffee is a single origin product from the Santa Barbara region in Honduras, produced by Bersi Sagastume and Edwin Pineda. It features the SL28 variety, originally from Kenya, and is processed using the natural method, with cherries dried on raised beds. The coffee is cultivated at 1550 meters above sea level and exhibits flavor notes reminiscent of red and orange wines, with berries, currants, baking spice, brown sugar, and lime zest acidity.
