This coffee comes from the Bettadakhan plot on the Badra Estates in Chikmagalur, Karnataka, India, at 1470 meters altitude. Farmed by Jakob Mammen, it features the SLN 9 (Selection 9) variety — a cross between Híbrido de Timor and traditional Indian Arabica lines. Processed using the fully washed method, this late-harvest coffee offers a full body with flavor notes of cardamom, orange, and almond. Spicy, clear, and complex in structure, it is suitable for all brewing methods.
