Grown using permaculture and regenerative agriculture practices with a focus on biodiversity conservation. The estate has undergone a rewilding initiative, allowing nature to reclaim dominance. Flavor notes include clove, jackfruit, and nutmeg. Suitable for espresso, filter, Turkish, V60 pour-over, and South Indian Channi brewing methods.
