A natural processed, single estate Grade 1 Arabica coffee from the Gedeo Zone, Yirgacheffe Aricha, Ethiopia, grown at 1,930 masl. Produced by Birhanu Haile Chele, who oversees the farm personally throughout the harvest season. The coffee features Heirloom and Kurume varietals, with cherries dried on raised beds for 15–17 days. The cup is fruit-forward with tasting notes of peach, papaya, and mango. Roasted light/medium and suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Cup score: 87.5.
