Aniko Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

A fully washed Heirloom coffee from the Sheka Biosphere Reserve in southwest Ethiopia, grown at 1800–2200 meters altitude. Composed of numerous wild coffee varieties cultivated for generations by smallholder farmers and hand-picked. The unique terroir of the Sheka Reserve — dense forests, nutrient-rich soils, and high rainfall — produces a complex, floral, and clean highland coffee. The cup profile features dominant blueberry notes and a delicate honey-like sweetness, making it lively, clean, and aromatically intense.
