The coffee is processed using a Natural + Anaerobic method with a controlled 48-hour induced fermentation, designed to enhance aromatic intensity while maintaining clarity. On espresso, the cup presents blueberry up front with bright acidity, followed by a dark chocolate backbone and a long caramelized almond finish — sweet, creamy, and balanced.
