A naturally processed coffee from the Alta Mogiana region of São Paulo, Brazil, grown at 1100 meters altitude on the Mogiana farm. The blend consists of Bourbon, Catuai, and Mundo Novo varieties. It offers a balanced, full-bodied cup with complex flavor notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and sugar cane, complemented by a pleasant citrus acidity.
