A single-origin coffee from Fazenda Jaguara in Campo das Vertentes, Brazil, grown at 1040 meters above sea level. Produced by André Luiz Garcia and Natália Moreira, who have focused on fermentation innovation since 2013. The Arara variety is processed using anaerobic fermentation. The coffee offers flavor notes of walnuts, caramel, dark chocolate, and peanut butter, with a creamy and sweet finish. Roasted specifically for espresso, also suitable for ibrik and moka pot.
