Mia Coffee

Based in a historic building on the main square in Liberec, Mia Coffee is a family owned specialty roaster that combines roastery, showroom, and SCA certified training center under one roof. They roast on Probat machines, a Probatone 12 and a Probatone 25, with a capacity of up to 800 kilograms per day, using Cropster software for monitoring and a destoner to ensure no impurities reach the final product. A certified Q Grader oversees quality control, and the focus is on light roasted specialty coffees that highlight origin characteristics from Brazil, India's Baba Budan Giri region, and other certified plantations worldwide. Beyond beans, Mia has created an exclusive tea range in collaboration with master tea blenders, BIO and Fair Trade certified, alongside premium hot chocolate. The roastery also serves as a wholesale partner supplying cafes, restaurants, and hotels with freshly roasted coffee and handles sales and service of professional La Cimbali coffee machines. SCA certified training courses in barista basics, latte art, and alternative brewing methods round out an operation built around making quality coffee accessible to everyone.
