Brûlerie du Quai

Perched on the Atlantic shores of Quebec's Gaspesie region, Brulerie du Quai brings an ocean inspired philosophy to the art of coffee roasting. Founded by master roaster Dany, the company directly imports, roasts, and distributes its beans to over 400 locations across Quebec and New Brunswick. The seaside roastery in Carleton sur Mer is both a production facility and a destination for visitors drawn to the region's natural beauty. With artisanal roasting methods and transparent sourcing at its core, Brulerie du Quai ships Canada wide on orders over $65, making coastal craft coffee accessible far beyond the Gaspe peninsula.
