About This Coffee

A single origin coffee from the Bahia region of Brazil, produced by small holder farmers at the Tropical Bahia farm at elevations of 800–1200 m.a.s.l. The Catuai variety is naturally processed, with coffee cherries often transported to a neighboring Caatinga biome for extended fermentation. The cup is sweet with a pleasant acidity, rounded mouthfeel, and a fruity character.
