About This Coffee

This single origin coffee is produced by Juan D Gallego at Buena Vista Farm in Risaralda, Colombia. It features the Castillo Rosario varietal, grown at 1,810–1,940 meters above sea level and harvested in March 2022. Processed using an anaerobic natural method — fermented in sealed tanks for 120 hours at 19°C, with recirculated cherry juice, then sun-dried to 10–11.4% moisture. Roasted light/medium for filter brewing, it offers a tropical fruit-forward cup with a syrupy mouthfeel and tasting notes of grape candy, mango, raspberry, and bubble gum.
