Dayglow

About This Coffee

This coffee is from the Buku kebele in the Hambela area of Ethiopia, grown at METAD's 200 hectare farm. It is cultivated at an elevation between 1900-2250 meters. The coffee is processed using the natural method, sun-dried on raised beds, allowing the coffee cherry fruit to dry on the seed which develops sweet complexity in the cup.
