A Geisha variety from Hacienda Cañas Verdes in the Cañas Verdes region of Boquete, Chiriquí, Panama, grown at 1,550 masl. Produced by Abu Coffee (José Luttrell) and harvested in March 2020. This is Lot 24-4W, Abu Coffee's 2020 Best of Panama entry. Processed via a Washed Double Phase Anaerobic Slow Dry method — 48–54 hours anaerobic dry process, then fully hand-washed with clean mountain water, and dried on raised beds for 15 days. Roasted light/medium for filter brewing, with tasting notes of mandarin, honey, pineapple, peach, cherry, and toffee.
