Ikon Roastery was founded in 2016 by Marcel Costas in South San Francisco, California, after a transcendent coffee experience in 2011 set him on a new path. Costas runs the company alongside co founder and Director of Operations Alex Le as a family business. The roastery produces medium bodied, sweet, juicy profiles and rotates its specialty offerings every ninety days to keep the lineup fresh.
