A natural-processed coffee from Fazenda Castelhana in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown at 895 meters altitude. Produced by Acácio José Dianin, this coffee is the Mundo Novo IAC 376-4 cultivar, harvested between April and June and dried naturally on large patio beds for 14–20 days. Roasted for espresso, it offers a smooth chocolatey body with notes of milk chocolate, plum jam, and hazelnut, with balanced acidity and caramel sweetness.
