This is a single origin decaf coffee from Colombia, specifically from the Quindio region. It is a microlot composed entirely of Castillo variety, developed by Federación Nacional de Cafeteros. The coffee is naturally processed using a sugar cane and water decaffeination method, which enhances sweetness while preserving coffee attributes. Grown at elevations between 700-1700 meters in the farms of Armenia and Buenos Aires in Quindio. The coffee displays tasting notes of dried fruits, pineapple, red wine, grapefruit, and cocoa powder.
