A microlot from El Mirador Farm, a 31-hectare family farm led by Elkin Guzmán and his wife Diana in Palestina, Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1,550–1,750 MASL using a semi-shade cultivation system and harvested twice yearly. The Catiope Bourbon variety is processed through Carbonic Maceration (Washed), delivering floral aromas, bright citric acidity, and layers of caramelized sweetness, citrus fruit, and vanilla.
