A natural processed single-origin coffee from the Chelbessa Washing Station in Gedeb, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown by smallholder farmers at 1,900–2,400 MASL. The coffee is an Heirloom variety, shade-grown under organic conditions. Chelbessa receives cherries from nearly 500 farmers in the area, which are sorted, rinsed, and dried on raised African drying beds. Tasting notes include Cooked Blackberry, Apricot, and Stonefruit. Available as an Espresso Roast.
