A single origin Pink Bourbon coffee from the Quimbaya region of Colombia, produced by Edwin Noreña at Campo Hermoso Farm at 1550 masl. Processed using a cinnamon-infused anaerobic honey method, which employs a proprietary "mosto" fermentation technique using natural yeasts and lactic bacteria. Roasted medium for espresso, with tasting notes of cinnamon, 100% dark chocolate, gingerbread, candy cane, red apple, and marzipan. Cup score: 87.00.
