A complex and elegant coffee from the Hambela district in the Guji zone of Ethiopia, produced by MOCCA Coffee, founded by sisters Tsedenia Abayneh and Altayen Abayneh. The farm uses anaerobic fermentation processing techniques. Flavor notes include raspberry chocolate, pineapple brine, and port wine. Sold as 250g whole beans.
