A rare and competitive microlot from El Diviso farm in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1800 meters altitude. Produced by Nestor Lasso using the rare Ombligon variety — an Ethiopian Landrace named for its navel-shaped cherry. The coffee undergoes a complex multi-stage experimental process including aerobic oxidation, anaerobic fermentation, BioMaster-controlled fermentation, juice immersion with Ombligon cherry juice, and thermal shock cooling. Flavor profile features watermelon juice, black cherry syrup, and strawberry candy. Scored 90+ points by GCB. Sold exclusively as whole beans.
