This single origin coffee comes from Arnulfo Osorio's 7.5 hectare farm in Planada, Tolima, Colombia. The farm includes 1.5 hectares with around 4,500 pink bourbon trees. Pink bourbon, with Ethiopian heirloom lineage, is grown at 1850 meters elevation in volcanic soils with strong diurnal temperature variations. The coffee is washed processed with dry fermentation for 60 hours, fully washed, and dried for 25 days in parabolic dryers. The specific region is El Triunfo, Tarqui, Huila. Flavor notes include brown sugar, cooked apple, brown spice, and plum. This is a filter roast coffee.
