About This Coffee

A natural anaerobic processed decaf coffee from El Vergel Estate in Fresno, Tolima, Colombia, grown at 1450 m.a.s.l. and managed by farmers Elías and Shady Bayter. Made from Red and Yellow Caturra varieties, the cherries undergo 48–60 hours of fermentation, sun-drying on raised beds, and mechanical drying before stabilization in GrainPro bags for 45 days. Decaffeinated via sugarcane ethyl acetate (EA) process. Flavor notes include salted caramel, roasted walnuts, dates, cinnamon, orange peel, and molasses. Roasted as an omni profile for both espresso and filter.
