This Natural Caturra coffee comes from the Tolima region of Colombia, sourced from 175 coffee-farming families. The cherries are carefully sorted and selected at the Cofinet processing station. Grown at 2150 meters above sea level, the coffee benefits from Tolima's high mountains, fresh weather, and volcanic soil. The natural processing method brings out flavor notes of passionfruit, blueberries, and red wine.
