About This Coffee

A complex and sweet coffee from farmer Edinson Noriega and his wife Yolima, who have lived and worked on the El Mirador farm for 25 years. Sourced from Huila, Tarqui, Colombia at 1400–1200 meters altitude. The Castillo variety is washed processed, delivering flavor notes of milk chocolate, herbs, and yellow plum.
