Colombia-El Obraje Geisha Natural

This coffee is a Geisha (Gesha) variety from Hacienda El Obraje, located in the Nariño department of Colombia, near the city of Pasto in the Tangua area. The farm sits near volcanic mountains with mineral-rich rocky soil at high elevation, experiencing dramatic daily temperature fluctuations. Gesha seeds were first brought to the farm from Panama in 2011. The coffee underwent Natural processing with whole-cherry fermentation for 20 hours, followed by drying on raised beds or in a mechanical dryer. El Obraje was the 1st place winner farm in the 2021 Cup of Excellence.
