About This Coffee

This Geisha variety coffee is produced by Sebastián Ramírez at Finca El Placer in the Quindío region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1,650–2,000 meters. The coffee undergoes a precise experimental process involving anaerobic fermentation in 200-liter tanks with CO2 addition for 48 hours, followed by a controlled drying phase under shade. It offers an intensely aromatic and floral profile with tasting notes of bergamot, green tea, apricot, and pineapple, characterized by a lively sweetness and complex clarity.
