About This Coffee

El Vergel Pacamara is produced in Tolima, Colombia at 1450 meters elevation by the Bayter family on El Vergel Estates. The Pacamara variety undergoes a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation before drying for 15-18 days, then stored in GrainPro Hermetic bags in a humidity-controlled vault for one and a half months. The coffee features a rich dark chocolate body with notes of pineapple and a light honeydew finish.
