Gesha from La Siria farm in Huila, Colombia, grown by Anibal Sanchez on 5 hectares. This washed Gesha was hand-sorted, dried 20–24 days on raised beds. Light roast with delicate, floral and syrupy character, showing peach, maple syrup, and jasmine notes with a clean, tea-like body suitable for filter brewing.
