A Gesha variety from Wilder Lazo's Farm Tocora, located in the mountains of San Adolfo, Colombia. Processed through a double fermentation of 140 hours with submerged anaerobic fermentation in mucilage (semi-washed), then sun-dried for 18 days and stabilized at the Tocora warehouse for 25 days before milling. The process develops an outstanding floral and citric flavor profile. Wilder began his varietal program in 2017 and now cultivates over 12 carefully selected varieties at Tocora.
