This coffee is a 100% Geisha variety grown by Sebastian Gomez at Finca La Divisa in the Quindío region of Colombia, at 2000 meters altitude. The cherries were carefully hand-picked for ripeness and hand-sorted to remove defects, then sundried on raised beds in temperature-controlled conditions until ideal moisture content is achieved. The natural process yields flavor notes of lavender, chamomile, caramel, and lime.
