Columbia Geisha El Paraiso

Columbia Geisha El Paraiso

DropShot Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This Geisha variety coffee is grown in the Cauca region of Colombia at the El Paraiso farm, managed by producer Diego Bermudez. The coffee undergoes a meticulous process involving manual harvesting, ozone disinfection, a 36-hour open-tank fermentation, and a 24-hour mucilage fermentation, followed by slow mechanical drying. This results in a clean, balanced cup with a refined flavor profile featuring notes of jasmine, nectarine, mandarin, physalis, and caramel. It is an elegant expression of the Geisha variety, highlighting clarity and natural sweetness.
