A nanolot coffee from the Santa Monica farm in Armenia, Quindio, Colombia, grown at 1800 meters altitude by farmer Jairo Arcila. The Castillo variety is processed using a Honey Peach method, fermented for 72 hours with peaches and wine yeast. The flavor profile is reminiscent of peach iced tea with a subtle hint of lime, with tasting notes of peach, violet, and gooseberry. Categorized as a filter coffee.
