Red Gesha from Jardines Del Eden in Quindio, Pijao, Colombia, grown at 2050 meters altitude. This single-origin coffee is processed using an Aerobic & Anaerobic Natural method combining 24 hours of dry aerobic fermentation followed by 50 hours of anaerobic fermentation in controlled conditions under 22°C, then dried on elevated beds in a temperature-controlled greenhouse. The coffee exhibits a complex flavor profile with notes of lavender, sun-ripened tropical fruits, and honey.
