This single-origin coffee is produced by Jhoan Vergara in Colombia. Grown at an altitude of 1,750 meters, the Chiroso variety undergoes a controlled anaerobic washed process. This method involves fermentation in the cherry followed by post-pulp oxidation to enhance aromatic intensity while maintaining clarity. The resulting cup features a bright acidity and a structured body, highlighting distinct floral and herbal characteristics.
