This co-fermented coffee comes from producer Juan Pablo Velez and his farm Finca La Luisa, located at 1,720 meters above sea level in the Antioquia region of Colombia. The coffee is a Caturra variety processed using an aerobic honey method, where fresh coconut and lemon are added during fermentation. This process results in a softly fruity coffee with a sweet, mild, and pleasant character, featuring notes of coconut, lemon, and green apple.
