This coffee is from Felipe Trujillo's flagship farm, Finca La Ventolera in Antioquia, Colombia, at 1950 meters elevation. The lot features Colombia and Caturra varieties processed using a malolactic semi-washed method. The 2025 harvest offers a smooth and sweet flavor profile with tropical fruit, guava, golden apple, cooked berries, and a sweet nougat finish. Felipe has over 12 years of experience experimenting with local varieties and unique processing techniques at his Ventola Coffee farm.
