This single origin coffee is from Las Delicias farm in Santa Maria, Huila, Colombia, cultivated at 1,800-2,000 meters altitude. The coffee is a Caturra variety processed using the natural method with a 140-hour fermentation. Producer Yesid Castañeda uses a parabolic dryer system to protect the beans from the frequent rains in the region. The coffee is roasted as a filter roast with tasting notes of white grape, pomegranate, and raisin.

Manta Ray Coffee Roasters
After more than eight years of preparation, Manta Ray Coffee Roasters opened their flagship roastery in Nunawading, Melbourne, in October 2022. The industrial chic space features a visible roasting area framed by large windows, inviting visitors into the process. Drawing on a background in film color grading, the team approaches roasting as a form of creative expression, seeking to reveal depth and character in every batch. Award winners at the 2019 Roasters Smackdown and 2023 ASCA competitions, they offer their signature Outsider Blend alongside rotating single origins and an automated pour over experience at the bar.
