The cherries are first submerged in water to identify unripe ones, then fermented, rinsed, and dried before shipping. This low-intervention process creates a cup with rich textures and a round body. The inherent sweetness of the Bourbon variety expresses through pear, raisin, and raspberry flavors. A delectable, balanced, crowd-pleasing brew.
