A single-origin Colombian coffee from the Huila region, produced by 20 smallholder farmers at the Trapiches farm. Grown at 1,300–1,700 m.a.s.l., this washed Caturra variety delivers juicy, bright, complex acidity with a clean sweetness. An excellent example of Colombian coffee, it is also one of the staple components in the roaster's Momentum Blend.
