Processed using the washed method and decaffeinated via the Sugar Cane (ethyl acetate) process, which preserves at least 97% caffeine removal while maintaining the original flavor profile. Roasted to a medium level, offering a floral aromatic profile with notes of milk chocolate and caramel, and a gentle acidity that highlights the depth of dark chocolate.
