This medium roast decaffeinated coffee originates from El Vergel Estate in Tolima, Colombia at 1450 meters elevation. The coffee consists of Red and Yellow Caturra varietals processed with an ethyl acetate sugarcane method. It features tasting notes of almond, cane sugar, citrus, and clove.
