Nano Kaffee

Ramin founded Nano Kaffee in 2014 in Berlin Kreuzberg, originally as a specialty cafe before expanding into roasting with the installation of a Loring roaster at the current location on Charlottenstrasse 1. All coffee carries organic certification under the DE ÖKO 070 standard, but the commitment to responsibility extends far beyond the beans themselves. The roastery operates on 100 percent green electricity, uses recycled materials throughout its operations, banks with ethical financial institutions, and ensures all employees have permanent contracts with secure wages, paid vacation, and sick pay. This adherence to economy for the common good principles makes Nano one of Berlin's most consciously operated roasteries. The coffee lineup includes single origin organic lots from Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Rwanda, and Indonesia, with highlights like natural processed Rwandan from the Dukunde Kawa Musasa Cooperative and Mountain Water Process decaf from Chiapas.
