About This Coffee

This coffee is grown in Caldas, Colombia at around 1800-2000 meters altitude on volcanic soil. It is a Gesha variety processed naturally, drying the whole cherry to impart complex fermented fruit flavors. The roast is an expressive light Nordic-style roast, producing a bright, floral cup with notes of raspberry, vanilla, dried cranberry, jasmine, pink guava, and watermelon candy. It has a silky-smooth texture and a tea-like body.
